The National Hockey League announced today that all games through December 15th have been cancelled. For the Predators, that means the following games have been affected:

December 1 vs. Minnesota
December 4 at Edmonton
December 6 at Vancouver
December 9 at Calgary
December 11 vs. Calgary
December 13 at Toronto

This news was inevitable, as the lockout has now dragged on for over two months. The NHL and NHLPA were unable to make significant progress in recent negotiations. The 2013 NHL All-Star Game in Columbus was also cancelled. If no progress is made in the next couple weeks, it appears the NHL is prepared to wipe out the entire 2012-13 season.
