The 2013-14 season is still a few months away, but it’s never too early to start to make predictions. Due to realignment, the Central Division has a different look to it this year. The Nashville Predators will maintain their old divisional rivalries with Chicago and St. Louis and welcome Colorado, Dallas, Minnesota, and Winnipeg to the fold.
This division features a number of very talented players on all teams. However, which players would be chosen if an All-Central Division team were chosen? In this list, old defense partners become reunited once more, young talent makes its mark and a few names may surprise you.
Here is my All-Central Division Team heading into the 2013-14 season…
1st line: LW- Zach Parise(MIN), C- Jonathan Toews(CHI), RW- Patrick Kane(CHI)
2nd line: LW- Patrick Sharp(CHI), C- Matt Duchene(COL), RW- Marian Hossa(CHI)
3rd line: LW- Andrew Ladd(WPG), C- Mikko Koivu(MIN), RW- T.J. Oshie(STL)
4th line: LW- Evander Kane(WPG), Tyler Seguin(DAL), P.A. Parenteau(COL)
1st pairing: Ryan Suter(MIN), Shea Weber(NSH)
2nd pairing: Alex Pietrangelo(STL), Duncan Keith(CHI)
3rd pairing: Roman Josi(NSH), Brent Seabrook(CHI)
1. Pekka Rinne(NSH)

Do you agree with the list? Who shouldn’t be included on the All-Central Division team? Who was left out?
