Who told you that? Comp doesn"t pay according to the injury unless it"s a scheduled loss - otherwise they pay a percentage of wage loss and medical only.Tony

What do you mean by wage loss? The difference in the $904 from comp and what I would of made in check?Plus 401k plan that is also put in and retirement threw the Union?I thought that when they put a foreign object in your body for a repair you get a small amount. So if I take home $1050 a week plus a annuity of $311.60 a week plus retirement of $264 a week.Is that what your talking about?Thats what I missed out while on comp.

Comp pays 66.3 % of your average weekly wage in the 52 weeks prior to your injury, nothing more - they don"t include retirement or any other benefits in the equation.Comp doesn"t make you whole, they pay a percentage of wage loss until you return to work. You should consult a lawyer for a free evaluation of your case to keep them honest.Tony
