I don"t recognize if this belongs right here or in basic discussion but I figured it might be legality concerned. I"m moving throughout the country and was wonder if everyone knew what i would need to do in bespeak to delivery my airsoft rifle. I review a pair posts and saw just have actually the orange pointer was enough, yet he wasn"t sure about it and it wasn"t showed by any other members. Deserve to anyone phone call me?!

If you ship UPS, castle dont" care either way. USPS is yes, really touchy top top it, for this reason I just ship whatever UPS and also tell them its an airsoft gun and also they not ask any further concerns or anything.

Yes, delivery em UPS....list em together "toys, airsoft replicas" on the description empty on your invoice. I have shipped many that means with no problems, avoid the term gun
I simply did this a couple weeks ago. Ns shipped mine (4) guns and all my gear from Seattle to LA to attend Lions Claw.Like rather mentions, go through UPS. My box weighed around 60 pounds. Through a $500 insurance allowance it price me $40 come ship the box down. Box arrived in perfect shape.I did do a wrong shipping the box back. I went through Fed Ex (its what the hotel uses) and also it price me $125 and the crate was trashed.I didnt note the box any kind of special means noting that the components were toy guns. I only put my name and attend to on the box.

This. IIRC UPS will x-ray packages & if the invoice clearly states what it is, they will certainly let the go. One time the store acquired a package ago due come UPS refusing to delivery it; transforms out the male was do the efforts to ship his Ruger .357.

Let me clarify this .....UPS will actually ship genuine firearms, they just want part special measures taken ( not a big deal) I in reality asked the salesman what to speak to the pkg for this reason as no to entice unwanted attention. Commonly if you carry out so castle will administer you an not authorised term therefore it will be OK.
