Nashville Predators
Nashville leads the Western Conference standings and is still in good shape. But after a series of five wins, the team unexpectedly lost on the home arena to Buffalo with a score of 1:4, making only one goal against the outsider. The Predators scored the only goal of the game on a 5×4 formation and had nothing to offer to their opponent in the equal teams.
Perhaps the Predators simply burned out emotionally after their hard-fought win over Colorado the day before. We should point out that John Hines’s men have been cutting into their opponents’ defense at least three times on average, especially recently.
Boston Bruins
Boston is slowly coming around and starting to get back into the lead. The level of competition is high, so you can’t get into the top five right away.
